  • Friday 3rd July 2026

    The Pre-Party Party

    Arrive at Pisa Airport by 1 PM, and we’ll whisk you away on our coaches for a scenic 30-minute ride to the venue, where welcome drinks will be waiting to kick off the festivities!

    After freshening up, join us for a delicious pizza party to set the mood for the weekend!


  • Saturday 4th July 2026

    The Big Day (& Shays Mums birthday)

    Brunch will be served throughout the morning, because who doesn’t love breakfast & Prosecco?

    Then it’s time to glam up for the main event!

    We’ll exchange our vows, followed by a lively aperitivo on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful views.

    Next, enjoy a fabulous four-course dinner in the courtyard, where laughter and tears are not compulsory but likely.

    And don’t forget—get your dancing shoes ready for an epic night of celebration!

  • Sunday 5th July 2026

    The After Party

    Join us for a recovery brunch to ease into the day.

    Then, it’s time for some fun by the pool, laughter, and maybe a splash or two!

    We’ll wrap up the weekend with a BBQ from 4 PM until the stars come out, because what’s a party without some good food?

  • Monday 6th July 2026

    Goodbyes (& Frankys birthday)

    Start the day with Franky’s birthday breakfast—yes, we’ll be celebrating again!

    Coaches will depart at 11 AM following check-out. Let’s make the most of our final moments together!

Accommodation

The venue we have chosen is a gem in the Italian countryside and is very rural; with this in mind, we would prefer for everyone to stay on site, so get ready for a weekend getaway!

Sadly kids aren’t invited so please get your babysitters ready!

Food & Drink

Food and drinks will be included throughout the weekend, hopefully enough to keep us from being thirsty, but there is a bar and restaurant on site if you need a little extra

Flights

Flights for July 2026 aren’t available yet, but here’s a rough idea of prices based on next years July flight prices. 

- London (all) - £100 return (direct flight)  

- Newcastle - £250 return (stopover needed, total flight time 4-5 hours)  

- Birmingham - £200 return (stopover needed, total flight time 4-5 hours)
